Thiruvananthapuram police to get new building at Trivandrum International Airport

Thiruvananthapuram: The state police will get a new building at the Trivandrum International Airport before July end.
The building, constructed on Airports Authority of India (AAI) land, can be used as a police aid-post to deal with law and order incidents having a city connect.
"A few documents from the planning department need to be in order before the building can be handed over to the state police," an AAI source said.
AAI had, two years ago, sanctioned 700 sq ft space near the flyover leading to the international terminal.
