Coimbatore: Airfield Environment Management Committee here today discussed various areas of concern like disposal of garbage, illegal slaughter house and closing of nullah passing through the International Airport here.
A presentation with regard to bird strikes and way to deal about it was given by Pal Manickam, Air Port Director, Coimbatore, at the meeting, chaired by the District Collector, Archana Patnaik.
Archana instructed to the local authorities to work out the possible assistance from the Government side in this regard.
